What’s Your HR Personality?

It is safe to say that not all HR Practitioners are equal. We all come to the industry with our unique skills and abilities that impact the way we choose to approach HR Strategy within our organizations. Our approach is our HR Personality and there are at least four that are common amongst practitioners.
During this session, we will identify your current dominant HR personality and discuss how each personality is integral to our industry. In addition, these personalities tell a tale about our organizations and can assist in identifying gaps in our strategies involving our people. Be prepared to walk away from this session with a new sense of awareness about the diversity amongst HR professionals and how personalities play a role in making our organizations stronger.
At the end of this session, participants will:
- Identify their current dominant HR Personality
- Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each HR Personalities’ approach to organizational HR Strategy
- Share how our personalities as HR practitioners impact our organizations
