Yin Yoga Classes

Yin is a beautiful practice of long-held, deeply relaxing, passive yet energizing poses that open the meridians of the body. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body (rather than the muscles). It is a quiet, meditative, internal practice.
Yoga is an internal journey of self-discovery, an opportunity to connect with your true self on a deeper level. At its core, it is about developing a deep reverence and pure love for your body as the temple it is.
We offer the opportunity, once a week to come experience a self-care yin flow designed to heal and restore you. These classes are small (2-8 students) and allow our instructors to nurture you throughout the practice. The classes are designed for ALL LEVELS and are 75-minutes in duration. We provide all students with the necessary equipment (including yoga mat) for class.
These classes are donation-based and drop-ins are permitted. However, due to limited space, we highly recommend signing up prior to secure your spot.
Our Yin Yoga classes must have at least one person registered by 10 AM the day of the class otherwise it will be cancelled. This is due to the time needed by the instructor to prepare effectively for class.
