MaryRose Ritter, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. She is skilled at effecting change in an organization that positively engages employees and boosts morale. MaryRose has effectively facilitated team building sessions at numerous staff meetings. In MaryRose’s various roles she has conducted employee investigations and recommended resolutions to ensure compliance with policies and federal and state laws.
MaryRose has acted as a recruiter and while employed for a major trucking company she filled over 20 openings between two buildings in her first 90-days employed reducing the turnover rate to less than 15%. In 2016, MaryRose was awarded the Quarterly Leader Award while working for the trucking company for her excellent HR service. MaryRose has helped create and implement policies while working at a major U.S. Retailer. She has experience with succession planning using 9-block and talent review processes. MaryRose also has experience facilitating training for all levels of employees.

I’ve explored the world.
People ask what makes how I approach things differently than others in the field; I believe a part of it is the fact that I am a proud Navy Brat. I spent my childhood moving from place to place, meeting new people and exploring the world. With that experience comes an appreciation and understanding of individualism, community, and innovation.
My family is my motivation.
The other part is that my motivation is my family, I take great pride in being a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Godmother, and my life and work reflects the importance of those.
I thrive on helping organizations create and maintain an effective culture of accountability, which in turn increases morale and productivity. I am passionate about effecting change within organizations and providing them with the tools to continue their momentum.

I am a resource for organizations and HR Practitioners to utilize for simple tasks or full overhauls of Human Resources functions and training. I see the need and want to provide educational opportunities in Human Resources topics for Human Resources Practitioners and business owners alike.
