For the last few months, there has been a reoccurring or common question that keeps coming up: “What’s your story?” In a nutshell, mine is: healthcare career – unhappy – career change – development coach. My life and my experiences are unique and I am supposed to use them to help others. To encourage others to be vulnerable, to find what they love, and go after it. And not to be afraid to fail. Or better yet, not to be afraid to try again. Therefore today, I’m introducing myself as an individual development coach. Many of us struggle to find peace with our careers. There seems to be a constant battle we are fighting or a benchmark we are trying to reach. Do we ever have peace and satisfaction? Do we need it? I work with clients to help them find clarity about what they want for their lives and their careers. Creating simplicity in our daily lives gives our brain a break from constantly processing all the information being thrown at us. I show clients how to practice self-care and how to live a life in balance. My path is to tell my story of transformation and help others transform their lives too. I have a story to tell. And so do you.

On a more personal note…
Gina currently resides in Hanover, PA with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Grace. They have been beekeepers for the past four years and enjoy the buzzing sound and sweet aroma in their backyard. She enjoys playing with paint, interior design, really anything with colors along with reading. She recently finished The Success Principles by Jack Canfield and is inspired by Sheryl Sandberg’s book, Lean In, which opened her eyes to workplace biases.
For fun, she enjoys spending the day at Harper’s Ferry or hiking with her family.
